Joe Willie’s Jalapeno Peanut Brittle

Take our traditional Peanut Brittle and crank it up a notch with the perfect amount of Jalapeno kick!  My Uncle Joe had to have a jalapeno with every meal, so this pays homage to an American hero, Joe Felty.  The perfect home grown jalapenos with a habanero finally alongside peanuts cooked to perfection will be like music in your mouth.   As always, our brittles are light and fluffy, not sticky.
